Last week I took a day off work to hang out with some fellow photographers for the day. I met everyone through the DC and Baltimore PUGS (Pictage User Groups.) We meet monthly to share and learn from each other and also talk a lot online through the Pictage forums for photographers. It’s such a great community and it was so much fun to have a whole day to talk, walk the streets, and shoot. We went to the Corcoran to see the Ansel Adams and Annie Leibovitz exhibits and then had big, juicy hamburgers at Ollie’s Trolley. Thanks to Jessica Del Vecchio and Sarah Hodzic for organizing the day!
Sarah:

I had to sneak this shot of Kate Triano as we weren’t supposed to shoot on this level of the museum. I’m such a rebel, I know.

Shawn being not-so-sneaky photographing Kathy Freundel and Joana Gribko.

Kathy Freundel’s daughter, Kristiana. I think Kristiana took more photos that day than any of us! She’s a pro in the making!

Shawn Reeder and Jess. Shawn is based near Yosemite, but came home to good ‘ol Maryland for the holidays.

Paparazzi!
