I had a fun New Year’s Eve partying with friends in Mount Vernon. The event was hosted by Christa, who is part-owner and resident of the space occupied by the new Mark Whistler Gallery on Madison Street. It was at this event that it dawned on me that I know a whole lot of successful, single women in the Baltimore area but I don’t know where all the successful, single men are hiding. Although not usually the party-planner type, I’m pulling together a mixer at Christa’s place in February. If any of you know any single men (in the 25-45 age range) who you would consider to be “good catches” please let me know and I can extend an invite to them. I love that I can just ask people this so easily as it is for my friends and not necessarily for myself (though it could be!).
