It’s crazy how there is so much buildup before Christmas and then boom!….it’s over. I guess it’s like a wedding, except for the whole once-in-a-lifetime huge party thing. Okay, maybe it’s not. Anyway, I had a relaxing x-mas hanging out with my family at my parent’s house in Columbia. I’m glad to not have to travel far like so many people do. I just have a fun day, take a few days off work to bum around, and take time to think about how fortunate I am to have such a great family.
I took this photo of my cousin, Brendon, by holding the camera on my lap. He is in a “run from the crazy camera lady” phase, so sneak tactics had to be employed. He’s looking right at the camera…do you think he knows?
