This was the first event I shot in 2007. John and Monica actually got married in the Carribbean (lucky them!) and then hired me to photograph their reception back here in B’more at the Hyatt Regency. It was too chilly and windy for us to do the portraits out by the harbor, but at least they got plenty of outdoor time in the Carribbean.

We took the glass elevator up to the restaurant on the top floor for a few portraits:


I think these are Monica’s co-workers. I got tons of fun guest shots…they were expressive to say the least!

Check out this decisive moment….her necklace had just broken and was on its way “down the hatch”….

Yep, that’s a second bride dancing there. Bride #2 was married earlier that day but I guess they weren’t ready to call it a night yet. The wedding crashing couple was warmly welcomed in for a few dances and drinks.

This is obviously an end of the night shot. I love how rumpled, yet blissful they are.
