Triplet girls plus big brother | Fall Family Photos

It has been three years since I first photographed this family, so I was thrilled to see them again. The first photo below is from that first session when Andrew was 4 and triplets Molly, Amelia and Sophia were 2.  I remember that they were all running around doing their own thing, but I knew I had to get at least a few images of them all together.  Their mom knew that lollipop bribery would do the trick! Triplet Girls and Big BrotherHere’s Andrew, now 7 years old. He has these serious expressions that I love, but they don’t last long!   His grins and funny faces just can’t be held back.Baltimore Family PhotographerLike most kids now, they’re getting pumped up for Halloween. That’s Molly in the foreground and Sophia in back.Baltimore Family PhotographerNow we’ve got Sophia in front, and Amelia (also known as Mimi) behind her, and then that’s Mimi alone in the next photo.  These two are identical, while Molly is her own unique self / egg / fraternal / however you want to say it.  I’m fascinated by this fact and wonder if this has an effect on how the three sisters relate to each other and how they will be as they grow older. Will Molly feel left out or empowered by her individuality, or will all three be equally connected? Okay, I think too much. Baltimore Family PhotographerBaltimore Family PhotographerHere’s me showing off the coolness of my fisheye lens. I love this shot.Baltimore Family PortraitsBefore heading out, the girls gave me a tour of their awesome, girly-girl bedroom.Baltimore Family PortraitsSerious girl power in this house.Baltimore Family PortraitsLast, but not least, here are a couple extra pics of Molly. This girl knows how to work it for the camera. She was tired and bored of me by this point, which can sometimes lead to the best, natural photos.Baltimore Family Portraits
